By using WantARide.com, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. This is a legally binding agreement between all users and WantARide.com. WantARide.com would like to show its respect for every user through the following Terms of Service.

BUYING AND SELLING

WantARide.com is an online vehicle advertising service provider for both buyers and sellers of vehicles to use. The information on vehicles disclosed in the WantARide.com service is provided by the seller. The seller may be defined as an individual or a dealership or a representative of a dealership. WantARide.com provides this service and materials without representations or warranties either expressed or implied. Furthermore, WantARide.com makes no representations, expressed or implied, to any actual or prospective purchaser or owner of this vehicle as to the existence, ownership, accuracy, description or condition of the advertised vehicle's equipment, accessories, price or any warranties. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to the sale of the advertised vehicle(s). All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All advertised prices shown for the equipped vehicle(s) may not include Government Fees and Taxes, Finance Charges, Dealer Document Preparation Charge, License Fees, Title, Registration Fees, State or Local Taxes, Smog or Emission Testing Fees, Compliance Fees, Credit Investigation, Optional Credit Insurance, Physical Damage of Liability Insurance, or Delivery Fees. The selling price of each advertised vehicle as well as other terms of any sale may be subject to negotiation between the buyer and seller. WantARide.com cannot and does not verify the information the seller supplies to guarantee the vehicle(s) they offer. WantARide.com cannot and does not assure any money transactions between the buyer and seller. WantARide.com does not get involved in any transactions between the buyer and seller. WantARide.com does not offer any escrow services for any money transactions between the buyer and seller.

WantARide.com requires that when sellers advertise their vehicle(s) for sale through WantARide.com, sellers must be prepared to sell said vehicle(s) at the price and terms at which sellers have advertised said vehicle(s). The seller must have physical possession of the advertised vehicle(s) as well as the ability to transfer title. In order to advertise a vehicle on WantARide.com, sellers are required to provide personally identifiable information for contact information. The most basic difference between sellers who are individuals and sellers who are dealers is that dealers, for our purposes, are seeking to advertise three or more vehicles on the WantARide.com site simultaneously. WantARide.com reserves the right to perform random tests to ensure that the above mentioned is not compromised. These random tests may be performed to identify bait and switch and other deceptive practices. In the event that a sellers' advertisement is deemed unacceptable for legal or other reasons or in violation of the Terms of Service, WantARide.com has the right with no obligation to edit said advertisements. Some unacceptable material used in advertising may be abusive, defamatory, illegal, misleading, obscene, racist, or threatening in nature to individuals or communities. WantARide.com will use due diligence to enforce the Terms of Service to best prevent the compromising of the rights, property and safety of all users, affiliates, associates, licensors or other third-parties.

WantARide.com requires that all sellers agree to pay the appropriate fees for the specific advertising package that they select. Fees are not refundable, so the seller should choose packages with care. WantARide.com does not guarantee that vehicles will be sold as a result of using WantARide.com's online vehicle advertising service.

WantARide.com makes no representations or warranties either expressed or implied for the accuracy of any information contained in a certified vehicle advertisement and only the dealer that certifies a vehicle is responsible for whether the vehicle can be certified.

LINKING

WantARide.com may have links on its site to affiliates, associates, licensors or other third-parties. WantARide.com is not responsible for the products or services these third-parties provide, whether in the past, present or future. In the event that a dealer chooses to have WantARide.com power the dealers' site, WantARide.com has no control over and is not responsible for the material that is available to users of the respective dealers' site.

WantARide.com defines the information, content and services (Collectively referred to as "Material") on this site are for personal, non-defamatory, non-commercial use only. WantARide.com would like to inform that registration may be necessary in order to use more services of WantARide.com. Personally identifiable information will be submitted by the user to WantARide.com in exchange for being able to use certain services. The user agrees that all submitted information is accurate and complete. It is forbidden to register under the name of another identity, nor shall the user login as another identity. It is up to each user to guard their personally identifiable information as well as any username and passwords to preserve confidentiality. If a user feels that their account information is be accessed without their authorization then contact should be made to WantARide.com to create a new user account.

WantARide.com would like to inform that phone numbers and email addresses that are submitted to WantARide.com from sellers is to be used for the sole purpose of communication from potential buyers. It is unacceptable to mass mail or spam or transmit any unsolicited junk mail to WantARide.com, its third-parties and sellers. It is also unacceptable to scrape any material used on WantARide.com, whether done manually or by way of web-crawling software. It is unacceptable to use any means to intentionally interrupt the daily business of the service. This may include submitting an unreasonable number of requests to tax the server.

WantARide.com would like to inform that the Terms of Service have been made in, and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. You hereby consent that any disputes surrounding these Terms of Service or use of the WantARide.com service must be filed in the federal and state courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
